Simto have been focusing on the research and production of steel door, fiberglass door and wood doors over the past years. Now it owns a fully automatic production line with processes of bending, punching, embossing, folding, board jointing and foaming.

Simto doors are perfect for residential as well as commercial purposes. More commonly used for condominiums, hospitals, offices, and hotels, these doors make use of corrosion-resistant as well as eco-friendly materials, which means that they will last a long time. Position 1: Salesperson

(Showroom & Field)

Requirements:

BA Degree in Sales and Marketing or related Fields
Minimum of 2 year Experience in sales (construction, real estate, or furniture is a plus)
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Able to use a smartphone and computer for updating leads, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets
Ability to speak Amharic fluently and English (other languages is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers, explain product features, and close deals
Conduct field visits to find potential clients (construction sites, contractors, etc.)
Collect and follow up on leads generated from social media and expo events
Record buyer information and update tracking sheets
Represent SIMTO professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings

Location: Addis Ababa – Head Office Showroom + Field visits

Position 2: Graphic Designer

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (video editing tools are a plus)
Minimum of 2 years experience
Experience in branding, layout design, and digital content creation
Strong portfolio of recent creative work
Ability to work fast under tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and creativity
Knowledge of TikTok & Instagram design formats preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visuals for digital & print (flyers, banners, social media, signage)
Create and edit marketing content (Reels, TikTok posts, LinkedIn graphics)
Work with the marketing team for consistent branding across all platforms
Design expo materials (backdrops, brochures, discount cards, etc.)
Assist in basic photography and editing when needed
