Position 1: Cashier

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on payments or accounts payable, preferably in a merchandising or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and payment platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Position 3: Supervisor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and POS operations.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position 4: Operations Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in supermarket or retail operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and merchandising.
