Position: Accountant

Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university (e.g., AAU).

Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management roles.

Expertise: Proven experience in tax compliance, financial reporting, and working with accounting systems.

Skills and Competencies:

Accounting Expertise – Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial principles.
Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Compliance Knowledge – Thorough knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and variances.
Communication Skills – Clear and effective in written and verbal communication.
Time Management – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Technology Proficiency – Competent in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree/SAGE, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
