Salam Health Care PLC initially was formed under the name of TAM Health Enterprise established in 1990 G.C by Sheikh Mohammed Al-Amoudi and Professor Taye Mekuria. Subsequently, Professor Taye Mekuria sold his share. As a result, the company’s name was changed to Salam Health Care PLC.
Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- BA in Management/Public Administration or Business Administration, and
- Fresh graduate
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Personnel Management, negotiating, and change management,
- Knowledge of laws and regulations of the land,
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality service delivery system,
Salary: As per the scale of the organization
Duty base: Project site, Addis Ababa (Mekenisa, Kore Square area right after Consulta Catholic in the way from Mekenisa to Kore)
Position 2: Procurement Officer
Qualification:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supplies management/Accounting/Marketing Management/or related fields with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience out of which four (4) years as Senior Procurement Officer/Procurement/Category Specialist or equivalent in Health industry.
- Relevant (Proven) experience in both foreign and local Procurement activities, especially dealing with medical supplies Computer skill including Microsoft Office Package is a plus
- Familiar with foreign and local procurement facilitations and procedures

Position 3: Civil Engineer
Position requirements
- MSc/BSc degree in the Civil Engineering field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Project Monitoring and control
- Bid Evaluation and review
- Contract Administration and review
- Checking status, preparing payment documents, and verifying arithmetic versus the scope of work done.

Position 4: IT Technician
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience as an IT Technician or in a related technical support role in hospital or health industry environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and IT support tools is a plus.
