Position 1: Driver (Light Vehicle)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Recognized secondary school leaving qualification
Valid driving license for light vehicles.
Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience in a reputable organization.
Residence near the office location (mandatory for fuel cost minimization and standby service).
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
Ability to work extended hours and night shifts.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English language proficiency is an advantage.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Reservation and Ticketing Agent

Requirements

Degree/Diploma with IATA foundation in Travel & Tourism
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience working in IATA accredited travel agency.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Certificate in Galileo.
Practical experience in airline reservation and ticketing system.
Solid experience in call center handling.
Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (additional languages are an advantage).
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
