Position: Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience (travel, logistics, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel as required
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in aviation and related industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with airlines, operators, and partners
- Promote Red Sea Aviation Services’ portfolio of flight support and VIP assistance solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales initiatives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Provide timely sales reports and updates to the leadership team
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Identify potential clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their aviation support needs
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address service concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy by suggesting innovative sales approaches
