Rammis Bank is an Interest-free bank, also known as Islamic banking that operates on the principles of Sharia law, which prohibits the payment, or receipt of interest and provides a range of products and services that comply with Islamic finance principles.

Position 1. Manager – Retail & MSME Banking

Required Number: 1
Duty Station: Head Office
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years banking experience, of which 2 years must be at Team Leader/Senior Retail & MSME Banking Officer or equivalent position.

Position 2. Business Manager

Required Number: 2
Duty Stations:
- Central District (Addis Ababa)
- South District (Shashemene)
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years banking experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Business Manager, Senior Business Officer, or equivalent role.

Position 3. Manager – Operation and Customer Experience

Required Number: 2
Duty Stations:
- South District (Shashemene)
- South West District (Jimma)
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years banking experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Operation & Customer Experience Manager, Senior District Operation Officer, or equivalent role.

Position 4. Manager – Share Sales

Required Number: 3
Duty Stations:
- Central District (Addis Ababa)
- South District (Shashemene)
- East District (Dire Dawa)
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years banking experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Sales Manager, Business Manager, Senior Sales Officer, or equivalent role.

Position 5. Branch Manager

- Boke Tiko
- Bedeno
- Mechara
- Melka Rafu
- Awaday
- Babibile
- Dire Dawa (Bereka)
- Jimma
- Mizan Tepi
- Bedelle
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years banking experience, of which 3 years must be as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or equivalent role.

Position 6. Management Trainee

Required Number: 20
Duty Station: Various Branch Locations
Qualification:
BA or MA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 10 years for Bachelor’s Degree holders
- 8 years for Master’s Degree holders
  Experience must be in corporate business, finance-related sectors, or equivalent positions
Age Limit: Applicants’ age shall not exceed 35 years
