R and A Trading PLC invites interested and qualified applicants for the following job positions.

R & A is a privately owned and operated company. It has owned by two shareholders, Mrs Rebka Mulugeta and her husband Mr Andualem Hailu. The company started doing business in August 2020 with registered capital of birr 3 million to engage in Export and Import business. It has got its license from the Addis Ababa City Administration Trade Bureau of Yeka Sub-city Trade Office.

The company also got an investment license from the Southern Nations, Nationalities and People Regional Government Investment Commission to engage in Agriculture, avocados and Vegetable production with an investment Capital of Birr 40 million.

Position: Salesperson

– ( Commission based )

Qualification: 

• Diploma in Automotive technology/ Diploma in Marketing/ TVET graduate in Automotive Technology.

Working hours:

•  Flexible 

Salary:

•  5-10% per sales volume

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Must have a good knowledge of automotive parts 
• Frequently check market value of items in our stock in order to offer competitive price to customers
• Identify prospective customers like Garages, Insurance companies and engage on daily basis to identify their needs 
• Contact new and existing customers to identify needs 
• Maintain contact list and follow up with customers to continue relationship.
