We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Real Estate Sales Agent with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting properties, guiding clients through the buying process, and closing deals with confidence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, real estate, and client communication.

Position: Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer

💼 Education

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Confident handling of objections and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of real estate projects, payment plans, and market trends.
• Good command of Amharic; English is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Sales & Client Management

• Identify potential clients through calls, social media, referrals, and site visits.
• Present and promote our exclusive real estate properties professionally.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from the first inquiry to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Property Presentation

• Conduct in-person and virtual property tours.
• Explain unit types, payment plans, project milestones, and key selling points.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system.
• Update daily call logs, follow-ups, and site visit reports.
• Support clients with documentation and purchase agreement requirements.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads to buyers.
• Collaborate with senior sales agents and contribute to team meetings.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and events.
