Position 1: Electrical Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven project management experience in electrical contracting or construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, work quantification, billing processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and travel periodically to sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee electrical project execution from start to completion.
Quantify and verify executed works with project specifications and standards.
Prepare and monitor payment schedules aligned with milestones.
Liaise with consultants and stakeholders for compliance.
Plan and schedule project activities for timely delivery and resource optimization.

Location: Head Office (with periodic site visits)

Position 2: Senior Accountant and Cashier

Qualification: Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
- 3 years (BA)
- 2 years (BA with experience) or 1 year (MS)
Main Duties: Handle cash transactions, receive payments, check daily accounts.
Term of Employment: One-year contract, renewable.

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring payments are accurate and on time, and overseeing financial operations. Provides financial reports, handles customer payments (cash, check, deposit slips), balances cash drawer, and processes transactions.
