Position 1: Sales and Marketing Person
Education: Bachelor degree in marketing, communication and related fields.
Experience: proven two years experience in related fields.
Requirements:
- Developing marketing strategies,market research, sales report and implementing new sales, sales forecast, product development and product promotion.
- Managing traditional marketing campaign (print , direct mail and customer communication)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills

Position 2: Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare and related sectors.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Experience in pediatrics and child healthcare services industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in healthcare technology, digital health solutions and their impact on patient care.
The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to achieve the hospital’s mission and goals and set clear objectives and track performance
- Oversee the establishment of hospital systems and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to national healthcare standards.
- Recruit and manage a diverse, interdisciplinary team.
- Lead marketing and sales efforts and secure additional funding and capital.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and maintain accountability for the hospital’s budget.
- Build strong relationships with board members, government entities and other partners.
- Lead the implementation of innovative technologies to improve hospital operations and patient care.
