Pedi care Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery S.C invites interested and qualified applicants for the following job positions.
Position: Finance Officer
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience: proven three years experience in related fields.
Requirements:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organization policies.
- Record monthly procurement information into MOR system (TASS)
- Review and facilitate petty cash replenishment request and perform a surprise cash count once a month.
- Prepare monthly payroll for review by Associate Finance Manager and facilitate payment timely.
- Participate in and assist the Associate Finance Manager in the preparation of month end and year end(closing) financial statements.
- Prepare VAT claim reports in accordance with Pedi-Care requirements for review by the Associate Finance Manager, submit signed VAT claim report to ERCA and follow subsequent settlement processes.
- Review employee advances and expense reports for accuracy before being approved by supervisor.
- Prepare and promptly settle monthly income tax, pension contribution and Withholding Tax before tax due date.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements with organization records on a regular basis.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Prepare various financial reports as needed, including but not limited to cash flow statements and balance sheets.
