Parlo Ceramics Products Manufacturing PLC, invested and built by Kunhuang Group, was registered in March 2024 and full production already began in October,2024. The factory is located in Tulefa Industrial Park, Bulga Town, Amhara Region, 60 km from Addis Ababa.
PCM Manufacturing PLC is equipped with world-class production equipment and staffed by experienced Chinese technical experts. To ensure top-quality products, we have an in-house R&D team and laboratory. We also offer a wide range of products with various patterns and models to meet market demands.
Position 1: Outdoor Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing, business management and related field
- 1-3 years as sales Representative on construction materials or paint products is preferable.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills to engage clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare accurate sales reports to reflect performance metrics.
- Execute sales strategies and negotiate deals effectively to close sales.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Demonstrate adaptability in changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Foster teamwork by collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer relationships effectively.

Position 2: Finance Department Assistant
Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and finance,
- Excellent English communication skill and interpersonal skill,
- Strict self-discipline of the concept of time,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word),
- Proven experience of 1 year as junior accountant,
- Experience in import export and trading company is very advantageous ,
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations ,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
