Position 1: Accountant & Purchaser

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Tax preparation and filing
• Inventory and cost control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Peachtree)
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and negotiate purchases
• Good communication and organizational skills

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant & Purchaser to join our growing team. This role combines accounting tasks with purchasing responsibilities and requires someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and capable of managing both numbers and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and monthly closing
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy
• Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships
• Track and process payments and receipts
• File all applicable taxes on time
• Support management with financial reports and cost analysis
• Collaborate with the storekeeper and workshop team to ensure timely procurement

Position 2: Sales Designer

Key Skills Required:

• Background in architecture, interior design, or woodwork
• Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to build trust, explain design concepts, and close sales
• Good in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and woodwork processes

We are hiring a skilled Sales Designer to help clients select and customize beautiful and functional woodwork designs for kitchens, closets, doors, and more. Based in our showroom , you will act as a bridge between clients, designers, and production to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with walk-in and referred clients to understand their needs
• Present design options and material samples professionally
• Prepare sketches or 3D visuals using design software
• Provide quotations and follow up to close sales
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for accurate execution
• Maintain good relationships with new and returning clients
