Nexus Import and Export PLC is a dynamic and fast-growing trading company dedicated to bringing high-quality products to the market. Our flagship food brand, VV Noodle, is quickly becoming a household favorite.

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for passionate, high- energy Sales Representatives to drive retail penetration, build strong merchant relationships, and grow our market share.

Position: Outdoor Sales Representative for VV Crispy Noodle

Educational Background

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued

Experience
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within food and beverage sector.
• Familiarity with local retail networks, and open-market distribution channels.

Core Competencies & Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build instant rapport with diverse vendors.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented attitude with the stamina to handle field sales and target pressures.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints or delivery hitches calmly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and local kiosks to expand the reach of VV Noodle.
• Maintain excellent, regular contact with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, repeat orders, and long-term brand loyalty.
• Ensure VV Noodle products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and properly priced at retail points.
• Secure timely payments from clients and submit accurate daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
