The company is experiencing and extending with the diversification of company business, now company stands as a group of companies with vast national & international experience gearing up to play a leading role in the field of contracting services like Architectural work, civil works, electrical works, building constructions and maintenance, Consultancy and Engineering Service, Import and Logistics Services, etc.

Position: Junior Accountant

Experience

Exposure to trading, logistics, or inventory-based businesses is an advantage
0–2 years of experience

Required Skills Technical Skills

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Familiarity with Ethiopian tax system (VAT, WHT)
Accounting software (Peachtree, ERP)
Strong Excel skills (mandatory)

Business-Specific Skills

Understanding of:

Landed cost calculation (imports)

Cost per ton & margin tracking (coal trading)
Ability to work with quantitative data (tons, pricing, transport costs)
High attention to detail in documentation and reconciliation

Soft Skills

High integrity and reliability
Strong organization and discipline
Ability to handle both low-volume precision work and high-volume transactions
Willingness to learn quickly
