Our company, Mon Real Estate, is a real estate company that is engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments and is looking to hire qualified and experienced real estate sales candidates.
Position: Real Estate Sales
Educational preparation – First degree in any type of education
Experience: Two years or more of experience as a real estate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, rental contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate property listings with up-to-date information and photos.
- Research market trends, property values, and comparable listings to advise clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of legal requirements, documentation, and real estate regulations.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Commission 4% on sales
