MODETH Outsource PLC (ModernETH) is a technology focused outsourcing center launched in January of 2008. ModernETH is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with offices in the United States and UAE.
ModernETH is committed to designing and developing simple, easy-to-use web and mobile experiences. We deliver comprehensive services in software development, web design, mobile application development, graphic design and maintenance and support. Furthermore, we import and trade in a range of ITC tools and machines upon our client’s needs and requirements.
Position: Support Agent
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent command of the English language neutral accent both spoken and written (CEFR C1+ level)
• Computer literate, must type, spell well for switching channel
• Ability to type a minimum of 30wpm with a maximum of 5 errors
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
• Minimum KCSE Educational Certificate
• 6 Months Customer Service experience is preferred
• Certificate of Good Conduct
• No existing Job/school obligation

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels. (Voice and Chat)
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
