Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Serve as the primary contact for client needs, questions, and issues.
Identify new business opportunities, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Drive revenue growth through effective account management.

Required Qualification and Experience

Female candidates only.
College graduate or above.
Experience in vehicle sales is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Amharic, with excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.
Ability to accurately translate between English and Amharic.
Good computer skills.
Careful, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
