Position 1: Jr. Sourcing And Logistics Officer

Education:

  • Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Entry-level position; no prior experience required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Position 2: Jr. Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (internship or practical training in accounting is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with Excel, Peachtree & SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication.

Position 3: Market Research Officer

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum 1 year experience in market assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with the furniture industry (preferred but not required).

Position 4: Front Desk Receptionist

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in COTM or civil engineering field (additional qualifications are a plus).
  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Position 5: Quality & Operations Audit Officer (After-Sales)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, audit methodologies (RCA, Lean).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
