Position 1: Jr. Sourcing And Logistics Officer
Education:
- Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience:
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Position 2: Jr. Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Experience: 0–2 years (internship or practical training in accounting is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with Excel, Peachtree & SAP.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication.

Position 3: Market Research Officer
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 1 year experience in market assessment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Familiarity with the furniture industry (preferred but not required).

Position 4: Front Desk Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Educational background in COTM or civil engineering field (additional qualifications are a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Position 5: Quality & Operations Audit Officer (After-Sales)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in operations audit, quality assurance, or after-sales roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, audit methodologies (RCA, Lean).
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
