Position 1: Secretary and Office Management

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office administration.
• Strong communication, document management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle correspondence, maintain records, and provide administrative support.

Additional Qualification: Professional training or certification in a relevant field is an advantage.

Position 2: Junior Office Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Work Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project is preferred.
• Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Good analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and support construction project activities.

Additional Requirement: Willingness to work at construction project sites.

Position 3: Concrete Laboratory Technician

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concrete or construction materials laboratory.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, or equivalent construction material testing standards.
• Concrete sample preparation, laboratory testing, and quality control.
• Accurate laboratory reporting, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete and construction materials.
• Maintain testing equipment, records, and quality control reports.

Position 4: Marketing Manager – Apartment & Shop Sales

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate or property development.

Required Skills

• Strong marketing, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and property sales strategies.
• Ability to manage sales teams, achieve targets, and prepare performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to increase apartment and shop sales.
• Manage advertising, lead generation, property visits, and customer relationships.
• Supervise sales activities and monitor sales performance.

Position 5: Equipment Manager

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction equipment management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment operations and maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance planning, equipment allocation, and fleet management.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with fleet management software is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage equipment operations, maintenance schedules, and utilization.
• Supervise mechanics and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor equipment performance, safety compliance, and maintenance records.

Position 6: Concrete Production Manager

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, batching operations, and quality control.
• Production planning, resource management, and construction safety procedures.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily concrete production operations.
• Ensure production quality and compliance with technical specifications.
• Manage production schedules, raw materials, and operational efficiency.

Position 7: Sales Officer

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital marketing and sales reporting.

Position 8: Finishing Foreman

Qualification

• Diploma or TVET Level IV/III in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building finishing works, with proven experience in supervising construction crews.

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of building finishing methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
