Position 1: Graduate Architect
Education: BSc in Architecture
Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience
Technical Skills: Exposure to design development and preparation of working drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Lumion or V-Ray
Design Skills: Strong graphic and visual presentation skills
Soft Skills: Good communication skills

Position 2: Accounting and Finance Officer
Education: BA/BSc in Accounting & Finance
Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; experience in construction or architectural consulting firms is preferred
Technical Expertise: Experience in project-based accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance
Software Skills: Proficiency in Peachtree, QuickBooks, and Excel
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Resident Engineer
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience: More than 5 years experience as a Resident Engineer
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and progress monitoring
Coordination Skills: Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Knowledge: Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and site reporting.
Number of Positions: 4
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Contract Engineer
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in contract administration
Technical Expertise: Strong background in measurement, certification, variations, and claims
Industry Experience: Experience with consulting firms and building projects
Soft Skills: Good communication skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Professional Architect
Education: BSc/MSc in Architecture
Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience
License: Valid professional architect license
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; experience with Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools is an added advantage
Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills
