Lovegrass Agro-Processing Plc is a rapidly growing FMCG company engaged in healthy food manufacturing and distribution.
Lovegrass Agro-Processing Plc is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Import and Export Specialist to manage and support end-to-end coordination of all import and export operations. The role requires ensuring smooth cross-border logistics, project tracking, supplier/customer liaison, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Position: Import and Export Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 (three) years of proven experience in export and import process, or supply chain/logistics roles, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar and able to use ESW (Ethiopia Single Window).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ERP experience with analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
