Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC, a Safaricom authorized distributor, is hiring Outdoor Sales for its Enterprise Business Unit. The role involves field sales of Safaricom’s EBU products, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive revenue growth.
We distribute top-tier mobile phones and safaricom SIM cards, ensuring connectivity across Ethiopia. We distribute Air fiber high speed business internet powered by wireless technology offered as either dedicated or broadband internet
Position: Outdoor Sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 0–2 years of outdoor/field sales experience (telecom preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Report sales activities and market feedback to supervisors.
Number of Vacancies: 50
Salary including Benefits: 10,000 plus commission 20%
