Laesk Net Trading PLC invites qualified, responsible, and results-oriented professionals to apply for the following positions. The company is seeking candidates with strong financial, accounting, administrative, analytical, and organizational skills to join its team in Addis Ababa.
Position 1: Administration Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification or relevant professional coursework is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Accountant, Finance Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Experience in a trading and distribution company or similar business environment is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and attention-to-detail skills.
- Accounting knowledge and good numerical ability.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Position 2: Senior Finance Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Training or certification in IFRS, tax accounting, or other relevant financial courses is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably within a trading and distribution company.
- Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and tax compliance.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and applicable tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
