Position 1: Application Analyst
Required Qualification: B.sc in Computer science/IT or related Field
Experience in years: 2 years in core banking system, database query in Bank and Microfinance
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Business Development And Marketing
Required Qualification: MBA/BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related Field
Experience in years: 5/6 years Business Product Designing Experience especially in Microfinance Industry
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Head Office Accountant
Required Qualification: BA Degree Accounting & Finance with Peachtree knowledge
Experience in years: 2 years Accounting Experience especially in Microfinance Industry
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 4: Legal Advisor
Required Qualification: LLM/LLB in Law
Experience in years: 4/6 years’ experience of court case handling especially related to debt recovery
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 5: Saving And Credit Officer I
Required Qualification: BA Degree/ Level IV/Dip. in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related Field
Experience in years: 1 / 2 years Work in Microfinance Industry
Location: Gurd Shola Branch
Position 6: Branch Manager
Required Qualification: MBA/BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related Field
Experience in years: 3/4 years of which 2 years Specifically as a Branch manager of Microfinance.
Location: Megenagna branch
