Kaliti Food S.C. looking for energetic committed and self-motivated Sales representatives and Operator.
Position 1: Sales Representatives
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field of study or Diploma in similar fields of study
- A minimum of 2/4 years’ experience with FMCG Company in Door-to-door sales.
- Proven sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven
Position 2: Operator
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
- Level 2 in production technology/mechanics/electricity and 2 years work experience
- Previous experience in food or biscuit manufacturing is an advantage
- Ability to operate production machinery and follow SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
