Position 1: Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Qualifications and  Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or BSC in any field
  •  At least 6 month experience and Call Center Experience is Plus
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principle, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Digital Financial understanding 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Language: Tigiregna  or Oromigna Speaker in Addition to Amharic and English

Location: Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Training and Business Support Expert

Qualifications and  Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or BSC in any field
  • 2+Proven experience in training , Digital Financial service experience is plus
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principle, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Digital Financial understanding 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Location: Addis Ababa 

Position 3: Mobile App Developer

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/computer science or related fields
  • 3+Proven experience as Mobile App Developer
  • strong understanding on flutter Mobile app development
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principle, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Location: Addis Ababa 

Position 4: Senior Quality Assurance and process Engineer

Qualifications and  Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering
  • 3+Proven experience as quality assurance engineer
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principle, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
