Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.

Experience– Not Required

For candidates with a BA degree, no prior work experience is required. Banking experience is advantageous, and candidates shall sit for a competency test.

Specification Requirements: Applicants should be Graduates of 2026 G.C/Tahsas 22, 2018 Ethiopian Calendar and Recent

CGPA: 3.25 and above

Exit Exam Status-PASS

Age: Below 26 yrs and must be able to bring copy of 8th grade certificate and Kebele ID upon request

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale.

Employment Type: Permanent.

Location: Addis Ababa Branches.
