HENOSIS SAVING AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD 3rd INTERNSHIP-TO-HIRE TRAINING PROGRAM VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:
HENOSIS Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is a legally registered organization under the Cooperative Bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City.
Henosis SACCO is offering a one-month intensive Internship-to-Hire Training Program designed to equip trainees with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in SACCO operations and member engagement.
Position: Internship-to-Hire Training Program
Qualification Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management and Business related fields.
- Graduated in 2026 or 2025 only
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement
- Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under targets and field conditions
- Computer proficiency is advantageous
Employment Opportunity:
Only trainees who successfully pass the training assessment and performance evaluation will be hired as staff members.
Key Responsibilities During and After Training:
- Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients
- Mobilize savings and promote SACCO financial products and services
- Conduct field outreach and awareness campaigns
- Support member registration and account opening processes
- Maintain professional communication with members
- Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports
- Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities
- Contribute to member satisfaction and institutional growth
Training Duration: One week or more Intensive Training Program as per the Henosis Requirement
