Greatrock Trading(Boutique Hotel) PLC Vacancy

We are opening a new 30-room boutique hotel located 5 minutes from Bole International Airport and are looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily operations.

We are seeking an energetic, and accountable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. While prior hospitality experience is a plus. we value pro-activeness, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to outstanding service. Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken) is essential. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist for Boutique Hotel

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (with 2 and more years of experience) in Hospitality,
  • experience is highly valued and considered as a great asset

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in computers (MS Office, email, basic software, HMS/PMS & OTA platforms like Booking.com).

Personality Traits:

  • Proactive, Outgoing, resilient, and customer focused.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; maintains composure under pressure.

Work Ethic: Highly accountable, punctual, and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.

Preferred:

  • 2 and more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles We Offer:
