Qualifications:Â
- Proven 1 year and above experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- High level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients in different sources
- Assist clients in buying and renting properties
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale
- Provide guidance and assistance through the property buying process
- Conduct property showings
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and local market activity
- Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand your customer base
- Collaborate with other agents and real estate professionals for smooth transactions.
- Handle all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
