We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to close deals effectively. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will help clients buy and rent properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process and providing exceptional customer service.

Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Qualifications: 

  • Proven 1 year and above experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients in different sources
  • Assist clients in buying and renting properties
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale
  • Provide guidance and assistance through the property buying process
  • Conduct property showings
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and local market activity
  • Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand your customer base
  • Collaborate with other agents and real estate professionals for smooth transactions.
  • Handle all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
