Position: Customer Sales Advisor

Role: Customer Sales Advisor (Tigrinya and Amharic Speaking)
Location: Ethiopia (Remote)
About the Role: As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, and offer tailored support that ensures every customer feels heard, valued, and empowered to use our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound channels
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Accurately document interactions using our CRM system
- Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant teams.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and sales KPIs independently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Fluency: Proficiency in Tigrinya, Amharic, and English.
- Customer-First Attitude: You care about delivering positive experiences.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, empathetic, and persuasive.
- Reporting: Competent with customer relations management reporting
