We Are Fly Addis  specializes in airline tickets, travel consulting, embassy form filling, and documentation services. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Representative fluent in both Arabic and Oromiffa to join our customer support team.

As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in Arabic and Oromiffa, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

Position: Arabic-Speaking Customer Care

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Arabic and Oromiffa (written and spoken).

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.

• High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and Oromiffa.

• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Offer product/service information, guide customers through troubleshooting, and help with order management.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits:
