We Are Fly Addis  specializes in airline tickets, travel consulting, embassy form filling, and documentation services. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to help promote and sell our services while providing exceptional customer support.

Position: Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

• Marketing graduates preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service or Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about our services to clients and assist with inquiries.
• Promote and sell our travel-related services (airline tickets, consulting, documentation).
• Assist clients with embassy form filling and other documentation processes.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure a positive client experience.
• Support marketing efforts to drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits:

• 16,000 salary with attractive commission structure.
