Flipper International School was founded in 1998 by Mrs Serkaddis Seifu and Mrs Menna Selamu. Seeing the lack of a comprehensive nursery in the city, the school was initially established to provide a loving and stimulating place for preschoolers to embark on their educational journey.

Position 1: Paid IT Support Internship

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
· Basic foundational understanding of networking concepts, desktop operating systems, backup systems, and enterprise applications.
· Familiarity with or an interest in working within a fast-paced, international educational environment.
· Prior exposure to IT asset management tools or ticketing systems is a plus.

Position 2: Teaching positions for the Academic Year 2026/27

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant subject area
Cambridge curriculum experience is advantageous
A degree in Education (PGDT or equivalent) is an added advantage

Experience

Minimum of 2 and above years teaching experience
Experience in international settings is highly desirable.

Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Civics, History, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Self-Contained, Art, Music, and Physical Education (PE).

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Brand Marketing and Communications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success.
Knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
Specialized knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
Good oral and written communication skills.
Creative ,strategic,and analytical skills
Organizational and personal sales skills
Experience developing and managing budgets ,hiring,training,developing,supervising and appraising personnel.
Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases ,making presentations,and negotiating with media.
Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

Position 4: School Nurse(Urgent)

Qualifications:

BSC in Nursing,Public health and minimum 1-2 years .

Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
