We are looking for a full-time Customer Acquisition Officer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in similar positions and a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies. Experience working in tech or fintech companies is a major advantage.
Position: Customer Acquisition Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in customer acquisition or related roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in tech/fintech is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers to achieve growth targets
- Research potential markets and customer segments to generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive acquisition
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize acquisition strategies
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate deals with prospects
- Monitor, analyze, and report on customer acquisition performance and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
- Participate in strategy planning, sales meetings, and process improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance acquisition efforts.
