FastPay Technology Solution PLC is an Addis Ababa-based fintech company specializing in digital financial platforms and cross-border remittances. It provides the FastPay app, which allows the Ethiopian diaspora to send money directly to over 30 banks in Ethiopia, often instantly and fee-free.
Position 1: Finance and Human Resources Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance and/or HR roles
- Knowledge of accounting and HR
- Strong understanding of labor laws and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Position 2: Marketing Officer
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Female applicants only
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred

Position 3: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
Job Requirements
- Any degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in social media management and graphic design
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
