EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs.
EthSwitch is mandated to Create Interoperability between financial institutions, Implement Domestic Payment Scheme, provide National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Inter connectivity for clearing & settlement and provide Shared Platform /Infrastructure services.
Position 1: Client Relationship Management Officer II
Qualification:
BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, computer science, software engineering or related fields of studies
2 years of relevant work experience.
A client Relationship management officer assigned and permanently discharging the activities under the supervision of the Client relationship Management Division are presented considering several communication channels to reach Clients and various stakeholders of the company.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Digital Marketing Officer
Qualification:
- BA in Marketing Management, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related fields of studies
- 2 years of relevant experience
The Digital Media and Website Administrator will be responsible for managing EthSwitch’s digital presence, ensuring effective communication through digital platforms, maintaining website content, and enhancing the user experience.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Innovation Officer
Qualification:
- BA/BSc/MBA/MA/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship or related fields of studies.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
