Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) Vacancy
The Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) invites qualified and motivated applicants to apply for the position of Temporary Data Encoder.
The successful candidate will be engaged for ten (10) working days to support data entry activities required for the generation of certificates through the iHRIS system. The assignment aims to address the current backlog of certificate processing and facilitate the timely generation and issuance of pending certificates.
Position: Temporary Data Encoder (10 Working Days)
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have iHRIS web exposure in volunteer or any especially in CSO environment
- No prior work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data in the iHRIS system accurately and efficiently.
- Support the generation of certificates through the iHRIS platform.
- Review records to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned during the assignment period.
