The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) would like to invite qualified applicants to compete for the following vacant positions for permanent employment.

The establishment of the modern administration had not been accompanied by a personnel rule and regulations which led the administration of government offices to be based on the goodwill of each government official and the clergy of the time. The government official’s prime objective was to promote the personal interest of the clergy and the nobility rather than the development and democratic demands of the majority of poor. This situation enhanced wide dissatisfaction and frustration among the mass. This situation prevailed for about half a century.
