Position: Sales & Marketing Officer
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Sales & Management
- Commerce
- Economics
- Communication or Public Relations
- Any related field
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Fresh graduates or professionals with 0 years of experience in sales/marketing.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and growth.
✔ Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
✔ Digital marketing and social media experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, engage, and onboard potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Strategic Growth:
- Work closely with the founding team to shape the sales & marketing strategy.
