We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our full recruitment cycle and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment, where you’ll help source candidates, coordinate hiring workflows, and contribute to HR deliverables tailored to client needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment, talent strategy, or HR consulting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Strong written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on client-specific criteria.
Draft and post job advertisements aligned with position requirements and employer branding.
Coordinate interview logistics (scheduling, reminders, virtual setup) between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and HR records using Excel or Google Sheets.
Support onboarding documentation collection and new hire orientation coordination.
Assist in preparing HR reports, candidate summaries, and presentation materials for clients.
Follow up with clients regularly on recruitment progress, gather feedback on candidates, and relay updates to internal teams.
Track and follow up on recruitment-related invoice payments
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts
Support the design and distribution of digital flyers or email campaigns for new HR consulting services.
