We are looking for a skilled and reliable Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Position: Customer Service Agent

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience any Sector in Customer services agent
  • Exceptional communication sis, both verbal and written,
  • Strong problem-solving sis and the ability to handle stressful stations with patience and professionalism
  • customers attitude with a genuine dese to help.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further educations plu.
  • We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to be the frontline of communication for our clients will play 3 critical role in resolving inquires, rolling timely updates, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer you interact with

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the fist point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and vie chat
  • Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers,
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions.
  • Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle bring questions
  • Uses with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistic issues.
  • Document al Customer interactions and transactions in our system. Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and pull loyalty
