As the exclusive distribution partner of Lemi National Cement and Dire Dawa National Cement, EAND plays a central role in Ethiopia’s construction and industrial development.

Position 1: Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a distribution, logistics, or construction materials industry.
Experience:
Experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Tax Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics companies.
- Certification: Additional tax training, such as IFRS or certification (MoR-recognized) is advantageous.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Tax Laws and MoR directives.
- Proficiency in Peachtree, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Position 3: Sales Operation Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,supply chain, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or factory communication roles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in operational reporting, data tracking, and process monitoring.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Experience in distribution or related industries preferred.
Location: Lemi , North Shewa Zone of the Amhara Region
Position 4: Supply Chain Controller
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain control, financial monitoring, or operations analysis.
- Strong background in supply chain finance, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Experience in inventory auditing, procurement compliance, and logistics cost analysis.
- Previous exposure to cement, construction materials, or FMCG industries is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence:
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control and budgeting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ensuring timely reporting and analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the supply chain function, aligning it with the company’s broader business goals.
- Financial insight with experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and make decisions under pressure.
