Position: Junior Coffee & Sesame Export Officer

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in export trade operations specifically in coffee and sesame seed exports.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with international payment methods (LC, TT, CAD).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end export operations for coffee and sesame seed shipments.
Prepare and manage export documentation including:
- Commercial invoices
- Packing lists
- Sales contracts
- Certificates of origin
- Phytosanitary certificates
- Insurance and shipping documents
Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade standards.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics teams.
Follow up on payment terms such as LC, TT, and CAD.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
Communicate with international buyers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
