Domino Marketing solution plc is a company based in Addis Ababa , Ethiopia established to provide clients a creative and long lasting solutions for their branding and related marketing needs to become a house hold name in their area of business.

Position 1: Junior Graphic Designer

Requirements:

0–2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work also accepted).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, a basic understanding of layout, typography, and design principles.
A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team in creating visual content for Design projects.
Assist in developing concepts and layouts under the guidance of senior designers.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking during brainstorming and team discussions.
Prepare design assets and assist with production tasks including resizing, formatting, and exporting files.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
Take feedback positively and revise work based on creative direction.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Sales and Marketing Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns that align with client needs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Represent Domino Marketing Solution PLC professionally in all client interactions.
