DKT Ethiopia was founded in 1990, making it one of DKT’s first programs. DKT now leads the private market for contraception in Ethiopia.

DKT-Ethiopia is a registered international NGO, working throughout Ethiopia, and engaged in the promotion of positive behavioral change for family planning.

DKT Ethiopia is the leading provider of condoms and contraceptives in Ethiopia, supplying 75% of the condoms and 40% of the oral contraceptives in Ethiopia.

Position 1: MIS Data Entry Assistants

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Management, Accounting, Finance, IT or Computer science related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • 1-2 Years Proven Experience on related area
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of data principles and report practices.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation support or backlog transaction posting is an advantage.

We are seeking highly detail-oriented professionals with data entry knowledge and ERP experience (preferably SAP Business One) to assist our MIS team in Distribution data transaction recording and reconciliation. This is a short-term engagement aimed at ensuring all transactions for the monthly data are fully captured in our SAP system.

Employment Term: Short-Term Contract (6 months) extendable if required

Location: Addis Ababa, DKT Head office around Gerji- Jackros In front of Guna Trading Plc.

Position 2: Call Center Supervisor

• Required Qualifications: BSc in Nursing or Midwifery with an active professional license.
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in SRH or maternal health.
  • Experience in supervision, hotline/call center work, or SRH counseling is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling sensitive topics.

Salary and Benefits: As per the organizational scale.

Terms of Employment: One year Contract (with possible extension)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
