The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales while providing exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Educational background: Any Degree
Working experience: minimum of 1 year experience in Real estate
Basic knowledge: Communication Skills, Sales & Marketing Skills, Negotiation & Closing, Market Knowledge, Networking & Relationship Building, Problem-Solving, Organization & Time Management, Digital & Tech Skills ,Financial & Analytical Skills, Emotional Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Present and promote properties through meetings, presentations, and digital platforms.
Negotiate terms and agreements to secure successful transactions for both buyers and sellers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closing of deals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and new property developments.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
