CoffeeNet Trading PLC is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Team Officer to oversee and maintain accurate export and import documentation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely preparation, verification, and submission of shipping, regulatory, and compliance documents related to the coffee export business.
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in English, and a proactive approach to coordinating with internal departments and international clients.

Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Work Experience and Skills:
- Zero years of experience
- Strong command of English for written and spoken communication.
- Excellent knowledge of essay writing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), email clients, and PDF tools.
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review export documentation
- Ensure timely manner.
- Manage and organize digital and hard copy filing systems for all export-related documents.
- Coordinate email correspondence in 5 minuets
- Track the document flow for each shipment and provide updates to clients and relevant departments.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and supporting the logistics and sales team.
