Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing/Sales Management/Management/ Economics/Finance & Economics Development/Banking & Finance or related fields

Experience: 5 year of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Prepare short and long-term marketing plans, goals and corresponding marketing programs and initiatives, making profit and loss trade-offs to deliver revenue and profit objectives
Formulates appropriate marketing and business development strategy for the Bank
Analyses and evaluates the planning process of the Bank and recommends improvements
Develop appropriate research methodology for the collection, organization and analysis of statistical data according to the end user needs.

Position 2: Senior Product Development Officer

Qualification: 1st Degree in Marketing/Sales Management/Management/ Economics/Finance & Economics Development/Banking & Finance or related fields

Experience: 5 year of relevant experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare short and long-term marketing plans, goals and corresponding marketing programs and initiatives, making profit and loss trade-offs to deliver revenue and profit objectives
Formulates appropriate marketing and business development strategy for the Bank
Analyses and evaluates the planning process of the Bank and recommends improvements
Conducts activities about the preparation and consolidation of strategic plans and annual plan of the Bank
