Position 1: e-Tutor

We are currently seeking passionate educators, university graduates, and qualified professionals to fill remaining vacancies in key subject areas. Opportunities are available to tutor students in Grades 1 to 12 in the following subjects:

Mathematics
English
History
Geography

Qualifications:

Education:

College/TVET diploma for lower grade levels
Bachelor’s degree or higher for upper grade levels

Experience:

Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer applications and online platforms
Empathetic and student-focused approach

Job Type: Part-time (Remote)

Compensation: ETB 8,400 – 13,200 per month

Working Hours: 6 hours per week

Required Qualification

Education & Experience

College/TVET diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D. for grades 6, 8, 12 and university/college respectively.
Ten years and above teaching experience in the respective grade levels
Those with regional/national/exit exam preparing experiences are advantageous

Skills and Resources

Good communication and computer skill
Caring for students
Should have personal computer and internet connectivity.

The Plc invites teachers or educators who have experience in preparing and/or administering national exams who are interested in preparing students for examination of grade 6, 8, 12, and university exit exams. It is par time job, the selected applicant works online from his/her place, and would earn 3,300.00-7,650.00 birr by working six hours only.
