Position 1: ICT Teacher
Qualification and Experience:
- BSc or Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a private school
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and online learning platforms
- Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and apply ICT skills

Position 2: History and Geography Teachers
Qualification and Experience:
- For History Teacher:
- B.Ed. or Master’s Degree in History or BA Degree in History with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT)
- For Geography Teacher:
- B.Ed. Degree in Geography or BA Degree in Geography with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT)
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a private school setting
- Excellent command of English and strong classroom management skills
- Passionate about student success and continuous professional growth

Position 3: Student Guidance and Counselor (Female Only)
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year or above in a similar role, preferably in a school setting.
- Gender: Female applicants only will be considered.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Teamwork and collaboration with academic staff.

Position 4: Language Teachers (English and Amharic)
Qualifications and Requirements:
For Amharic Teacher:
- Education: B.Ed degree or higher in Amharic Language, Literature, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken Amharic, strong classroom management, and ability to motivate students.
For English Teacher:
- Education: B.Ed degree or higher in English Language, Literature, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, effective communication, and ability to deliver engaging lessons.
